| Jim is responsible for managing the overall quality, capability and performance of the United States’ members, with a focus on the development and delivery of NAI Global's distance learning platform known as The Knowledge Center at NAI University. Additionally, one of his primary initiatives is to make each firm one of the top five companies in the top 100 U.S. markets. To achieve this goal, Jim works with each member firm to train and educate the brokers, develop and manage annual action plans and engage members in the NAI Global network.

| Jim has over twenty four years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining NAI Global, he was a Corporate Real Estate Manager at Nationwide Insurance, in Columbus, Ohio, where he managed 225 field offices and 45 employees throughout the United States. As Real Estate Manager, he was responsible for reviewing office sites for new locations and reviewing and negotiating leases. Jim was also responsible for re-engineering the corporate real estate delivery model for the firm's 750 offices. | ||
