DeLonne has over 27 years of experience dealing with private investors, banking institutions, and equity investors. She has been quoted in several prominent real estate publications regrading market conditions. Recent major transactions include a portfolio sale of 641 units in three Southern California Counties with a value in excess of $40,000,000, representing both Buyer and Seller. In February 2018, she closed a portfolio sale of six properties, two in Southern California, again, representing both Buyer and Seller. DeLonne’ s extensive list of closed transactions in the past 17 years, includes sales exceeding 194 separate transactions, a majority of which she represented both Buyer and Seller, allowing for substantial savings in fees to investment parties and resulting in her trademark:
