Transaction History

Haden International: This Company was operating out of three (3) industrial buildings in Metropolitan Detroit. Doug performed a site search and assisted in the subsequent Land Acquisition for a new 175,000 sq. ft. Corporate Headquarters for the company. He then managed the build-to-suit process and successfully negotiated a 20-year sale-leaseback of the facility. After the completion of the building, Doug marketed and sold or leased Haden's former properties.

United States Postal Services: Doug has successfully sold or leased two 80,000 sq. ft. and one 57,000 sq. ft. buildings to the USPS over the last ten (10) years. He is currently representing this company on the acquisition and construction of a new 700,000 sq. ft. production and distribution facility.

International Paper Company: A wide range of services have been provided for this company from market evaluation reports to disposition of existing excess space to the acquisition of a new 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse for a subsidiary of IP, Xpedx.
