Scope of Experience

Jamie Chancey is the Property Manager of Summit Chase, a 24 story high-rise condominium building in Grandview Heights. Summit Chase houses 178 condominiums with many amenities including a billiard/card room, swimming pool, guest suite, and underground parking just to name a few. Jamie is responsible for the on-site management and supervision of the facility, which includes; relations with the board of directors and residents, staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day relations.
