Scope of Service Experience
J.C. joined NAI Capital in March of 2015. He oversees NAI Capital’s research, marketing, and corporate communications. Leading a team of researchers, graphic designers and mapping specialists, J.C. is involved in the analysis, presentation and marketing of commercial real estate at NAI Capital. As part of the management team, he works extensively with brokers on business development projects and client presentations. He serves as the central point of contact for media and press relations.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Capital, J.C. was with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he started his career in 1998 with Grubb & Ellis. He was responsible for the management of the firm’s Southern California research and marketing operations. J.C.’s market insight and analysis has been featured in GlobeSt.com, Western Real Estate Business magazine, and Los Angeles Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Quarterly. He is recognized by various organizations and universities, including the Real Estate Research Council of Southern California, L.A. County Economic Development Corporation, the San Fernando Valley Economic Research Center and the University of Southern California’s Casden Office and Industrial Forecast, as the “go-to person” for real estate market information.
