Background & Experience
Sarah Raboff began her brokerage career at NAI SunVista during the fall of 2020. After working as a Transaction Coordinator at the brokerage, she decided to specialize in multifamily investments. Sarah is the only full-time multifamily specialist in the company and brokered 14 transactions, an aggregate of 226 units in her first year at the company. Sarah has become an expert on multifamily trends, locally and nationally, and releases quarterly reports to her clients. She provides value to buyers and sellers by analyzing the potential return on investments by identifying value in both stabilized and value-add properties. Before joining our firm, she worked at Thornburg Investment Management in her hometown, Santa Fe, NM. While at Thornburg, Sarah gained knowledge on different investment vehicles, particularly mutual funds, and believes that rental real estate is an excellent diversification to one’s portfolio. Sarah is involved in the Apartment Association of New Mexico (AANM), Commercial Real Estate Women New Mexico, and other local networking groups
Sarah obtained her Bachelors from the University of Miami Herbert School of Business. While at UMiami, Sarah ran for the NCAA Track & Field and Cross Country Team, participated on the sailing team, and was involved in her sorority. While a native to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Sarah grew up part-time in Maui, Hawaii where her family owns a vacation rental business. From a young age, she developed her interest in investment real estate. Out of the office, you can find Sarah running, hiking, painting, and spending time with friends outdoors.
