Background & Experience

Prior to joining KLNB, Zubin David was the associate vice president for Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a corporate services transaction specialist. Since 2005, he has negotiated in excess of 400 commercial real estate transactions. Mr. David specializes in formulating real estate strategy for the leasing and sale of privately-owned real estate and tenant representation in the Baltimore Washington corridor. He is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
