Aspen is the Assistant Director of Marketing. With over six years of industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in marketing commercial properties. As a strategic partner to the President, Aspen is a key member of the leadership team dedicated to implementing and maintaining the company's goal of providing industry-leading support and services.

In her role, she oversees strategic planning, marketing and brand management, vendor management, budget management, staffing and development, and human resources within the company. Her team is focused on developing comprehensive marketing materials by establishing innovative strategies to effectively showcase our commercial real estate listings to potential buyers and tenants.

Collaborating closely with our brokers, she aligns their marketing efforts with the goals and objectives that support their clients' visions. Utilizing a variety of marketing channels—including listing platforms, email marketing, print advertising, website development, and social media—Aspen's team ensures that our materials are of the highest quality, accurately represent our properties, and receive maximum exposure.

In her spare time, she enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques, staying active, and exploring the city's vibrant restaurant scene.
