Background & Experience

Harry Dematatis joined KLNB’s Office Team in 2018 as a Senior Vice President. He specializes in local Landlord, Tenant and Investor Representation and is focused on the growth of KLNB’s office division in their new downtown location. 

Before joining KLNB, Mr. Dematatis was a Vice President at CBRE for approximately 20 years, where he focused on Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as Investment Sales. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the President of a local family real estate business, Alexander Realty, where he specialized in Property Management and Investment Sales.

Mr. Dematatis holds a real estate license in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He received his Bachelors of Science from the Catholic University of America, and later received his Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law.
