Jayson Montoya serves as the Executive Vice President of Downtown Dallas for NAI Robert Lynn. In this role, Jayson tracks every office tenant, landlord, available space and real estate transaction that takes place in the Dallas Central Business District and surrounding areas. His primary focus is Dallas-Fort Worth while also assisting clients with their real estate portfolios around the country.

Jayson specializes in office tenant representation, advising clients on office lease restructures, office relocations, lease renewals and subleases. In addition, Jayson has experience in building acquisitions, dispositions, design builds, regional HQ projects and municipal incentives negotiations. Over his 12-year career, Jayson has personally advised on 310+ transactions for over 8.25MM square feet valued at $135MM in transaction volume.

Background & Experience

Jayson began his career in 2011 as Market Director with NAI Robert Lynn. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President and then to Executive Vice President in 2017.

Jayson is known for his hard work, honesty, responsiveness, attention to detail and consultative approach, and consistently delivers optimal results for his clients.

Jayson grew up in Dallas and attended Highland Park High School. He graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in Economics and Sociology and was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He and his wife, Meredith, reside in Kessler Park with their son.
