Scope of Experience

Joe Howell is EVP & Managing Director for North America, specializing in multi-market corporate solutions, tenant representation, portfolio strategy, property acquisition/disposition, asset monetization, leasing, site selection, incentive procurement and build to suit transactions and development. Joe and his partner Brett Spitzer head up the NAI Global Corporate Solutions group for North America and manage transactions internationally. Joe also functions as the NAI Global advisor to the Industrial Council and co-leads the Corporate Solutions Council.

Background & Experience

Mr. Howell possesses more than 20 years of experience across multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate industry with extensive expertise in multi-market relationship and account management as well as site selection, development, incentive procurement, transaction and portfolio management. Joe's deal experience is in excess of $3B in aggregate transactional value and he was previously recognized in the industry as a top leader under 40.
