Michael specializes in providing third party project management solutions on all development projects. He is skilled at handling front end entitlement issues and overseeing due diligence matters, budgeting and project scheduling. Additionally, Michael assists with drafting and negotiating contracts and advises clients on procurement methodologies and project team/vendor selection. His experience includes supervising and controlling project costs and schedules while monitoring construction activities, design, and move management.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Michael spent 4 years as project manager with RealtyLink Development and CBRE. During that time Michael managed over $75 million dollars in project costs across the Southeast that included office, industrial, retail, and climate controlled self-storage. Michael also spent 9 years with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture as a construction administrator.
