Background & Experience
Stanhope joined NAI Piedmont Triad as an investment analyst and sales associate in 1985. Over the ensuing 21 years, Stanhope was involved in and managed all aspects of Syndication, Investment Management, Property Management and Development of Office, Retail and Industrial projects. Stanhope became a Principal of the firm in 1995. In 2007, he became responsible for day to day operations of NAI Piedmont Triad. In addition, he also continued to practice brokerage of select assignments. In September, 2017, Stanhope completed the merger of NAI Piedmont Triad into NAI Earle Furman, creating a regional company with 5 offices and 80 brokers. He currently serves as a Manager of the LLC and is on the company Executive Committee. The merger has given Stanhope the freedom to focus on brokerage and development.
