Scope of Experience

Steven D. Bass is a Senior Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. His focus is on assisting clients with strategic real estate planning, financial analysis and market research. Steve excels at both product and tenant representation predominately in the I-90 Northwest, Northwest Cook and Central DuPage submarkets. A 20 year industry veteran, Steve has completed nearly $500M in sales and lease transactions. Steve has worked with several firms in Chicago including Trammell Crow & Paine/Wetzel. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Steve was an Executive Vice President with Lee & Associates of Illinois.
