Scope of Experience

Alis Manoogian is an Investment Sales Specialist within the Investment Sales Division of NAI Farbman. Alis has been involved with the valuation, marketing and sales of numerous properties with a specialty in distressed, turn-around deals. Alis has experience in dealing with a wide range of real estate including vacant and poorly occupied to stabilized properties across all asset types. She has worked together with property management teams and asset managers to suggest actions to maximize results which have proved successful in many deals. Alis’ clients have appreciated her impartiality when evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of properties and how the market will likely respond.
