Brandon brings over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Heartland, specifically with investment properties. Brandon’s core business is the representation of buyers and sellers of income producing properties through analysis of his client’s needs and property feasibility to determine the best fit, through the close of the transaction and beyond.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining the NAI Heartland team, Brandon was an Investment Broker at Jones Development, a Kansas City based real estate developer, for over fifteen years. Before that he served three years as an investment broker for Greenleaf Properties, a boutique real estate development and brokerage company and four years at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, now known as Cassidy Turley, where he refined his brokerage skills as a partner with the head of the investment department in the Kansas City office.
Education
Brandon graduated with a BGS in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas.

Recent Single Tenant Net Lease sales include CVS Pharmacy, Tractor Supply, Johnny Carino’s Italian, GE, FedEx, Reece and Nichols (a Berkshire & Hathaway Affiliate), Jack in the Box, AWG and Noodles & Co., Hooters, Old Chicago, Mattress Firm, Orscheln Farm & Home, Texas Roadhouse, T-Mobile, Stryker Corp, Taco Bell, and Whatburger.
Represented the Seller in the sale of a portfolio of apartment complexes in Prairie Village, KS for over $40,000,000.
