Scope of Experience
Cam’s transactional real estate experience encompasses all disciplines associated with the commercial real estate profession, including brokerage, legal, financial, engineering, design and construction services. His specialties include: Investment and Income Property; Development Sites; Office Leasing; Build-To-Suits; Public/ Private Partnerships; Major Commercial Building Sales. During the past several years, Cam has focused on the entitlement, positioning, marketing and brokerage of larger horizontal and vertical mixed-use developments throughout South Carolina, including the 181-acre Bull Street project in Columbia, the 100-acre Robber’s Roost development in N. Myrtle Beach, the 80-acre interstate exchange at I-77 and Killian Road in the northeast section of Richland County, and the Kline City Center project in the Vista district of downtown Columbia. To date, all projects have been successfully entitled, sold and/or closed within the timeframes directed by ownership.
Background & Experience
Cam began his career in commercial real estate in 1980. He is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s “Circle of Excellence.” Cam joined the firm in 1993. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Real Estate with the Fontaine Co., Inc. where he provided economic development consulting services to various municipalities throughout South Carolina. He also previously worked for the SC State Budget and Control Board, managing and leasing approximately 3,000,000 square feet of state-owned and leased office properties. Cam is active in commercial property transactions throughout the Southeast. He holds a Business Management Degree from the University of South Carolina.
