David Cole’s primary concentration is Class-T office properties, including data centers, film/digital media studios, R&D facilities and other technology-related real estate projects. He has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in site selection, redevelopment and adaptive reuse.

  • Represented DataBank (NextTier/Hornbaker) for the CODA Georgia Tech High Performance Data Center project with Georgia Tech and Portman Holdings 
  • Represented Tyler Perry Studios in the sale of the former Tyler Perry Studios for $18.5 million
  • Construction Program Manager for the first and only LEED Gold Data Center in Georgia, Corus 360 Data Center
  • Represented Tulex Corp. in the acquisition of their data center facility located on the Georgia Tech Campus 
  • Construction Program Manager for Special Olympics Southeast Regional Headquarters
