David S. Farbman has sparked some of the companies' most successful projects to date. David initiated the first condominium conversion in the city of Detroit in the past twenty-five years and has been active in the restoration of several historic buildings in the City of Detroit, including but not limited to that of the Garden Court Apartments, 200 River Place, The Healy, Beck and Ferguson buildings and Gramont Manor. While maintaining a global perspective on Real Estate and possessing a full knowledge of the industry, David has focused on the revitalization of the City of Detroit through multi-family housing development.
