Evan Lieberman is a Senior Director / Leasing Agent who, with nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, provides high quality tenant and landlord representation services through-out New York City and across the United States. Today, he continues to service his many loyal tenants, some of whom he has worked with for more than 30 years by focusing on their occupancy challenges, with solutions that support their business objectives.

Evan has completed hundreds of transactions with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-size firms, both foreign and domestic. Some of his many successful transactions include: Ecko Unlimited - 40,000 square feet, Republic Clothing - 30,000 square feet, Rocawear - 30,000 square feet, Mossimo Clothing Company - 20,000 square feet, Lectra Systems - 20,000 square feet, Andrew Sport - 18,000 square feet and A&E Stores - 15,000 square feet.

Prior to joining HSP Real Estate Group (formerly EVO Real Estate Group), Evan served as President of Empire NYC Realty for three years where he supervised ten brokers and real estate salespeople and expanded the company's tenant representation platform while developing new client relations and service policies. He began his career at Millennium Realty, where he worked for 17 years.

Evan is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and speaks Spanish and Hebrew. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate, from The American University in Washington, DC.
