Scope of Experience

Jack Brennan is a Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. He specializes in assisting tenants and owners, both private and institutional, in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial and land assets in the western suburbs of Chicago. Although he focuses primarily on the I-88, I-90, I-55, and Central DuPage submarkets, he is experienced in multi-market transactions.

Jack has represented companies such as Royal Power Solutions, Direct Aerosystems, Kristel Displays, Horizon Die Company, and Cast Aluminum Solutions. In addition to representing these industrial occupiers, Jack has worked on behalf of institutional owners and landlords such as Venture One Real Estate, High Street Logistics Properties, Plymouth REIT, Stockbridge Capital Group, and Dayton Street Partners.
