Jay joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 2011. With over twenty two years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Jay is responsible for all aspects of real estate; specializing in land acquisition, tenant representation, facility disposition, build-to-suit and land rezoning.

Background & Experience

In 1991 Jay and his family moved to Charlotte, NC where he subsequently started his career in real estate. Jay is consistently recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors as a Multi-Million Dollar producer.
