Justine DelMonico serves as Managing Director of Property Management with NAI Capital Commercial in the Encino office. She specializes in the management of office, retail, and industrial properties. Justine is involved building long-lasting relationships with property owners and investors, setting goals and objectives for the optimal performance of their real estate assets to ensure financial success. Her services include preparing and presenting annual operating budgets, accounting, facilities management, expense reduction, due diligence, property inspections, security, safety, project management, and monthly financial reporting. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, Justine is responsible for client relationship management, business development, and administration of the Property Management Services Group in Southern California. Justine takes great pride in ensuring that the full depth and breadth of NAI Capital Commercial’s resources are leveraged for the benefit of the property under her management.
Background & Experience
A native of Southern California, Justine has a decade of property management experience, beginning her career as a Real Estate Services Administrator at CBRE in Century City before transitioning to Commercial Property Manager for Onni Group in Los Angeles, CA. Most recently, she served as Senior Property Manager at Kennedy Wilson in Beverly Hills and was integral to managing their office property portfolio for high profile clients. After joining Kennedy Wilson, she helped grow their property management portfolio including managing Kennedy Wilson’s Corporate Headquarters. Her strong work ethic and collaborative spirit got her appointed as Committee Chair of BOMA’s (Building Owners and Managers Association) Westside Regional Council for Greater Los Angeles. Justine was also presented the Emerging Leader and Rising Star Awards from BOMA.

Professional Associations & Designations
Justine has been an active and contributing member to BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) since 2021. Within her first year of membership, Justine attained the TOBY Award for The Outstanding Building of the Year, the most prestigious award in the Property Management industry. In 2021, Justine was also awarded with two additional awards, the Emerging Leader and Rising Star Awards. In 2022, Justine was appointed as BOMA GLA's Chair for the Westside Region Council and is responsible for working with BOMA's Governmental Affairs Board, hosts monthly Power Hour and Regional Roundtable discussions, creates agenda and action-items, and facilitates the networking between industry professionals, city officials, and service providers. Justine is also part of the Emerging Leader Council, and is a member of the Sustainability Committee, Holiday Toy Drive committee, and Operating Benchmark Report Project Committee.
