Kathy Wiggins joined NAI Earle Furman in 2015 as an Administrative Coordinator, where she supports the Chairman and multiple principals/brokers within the Industrial Division. Her responsibilities include project management, contract and lease administration, marketing, and business development. She also plays a key role in training new support staff, testing and evaluating emerging technologies, and documenting standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient broker support.

Growing up in a military family and then being an active-duty military spouse for over 20 years instilled in her the principles of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do (aka USAF core values). These principles guide her daily in her personal life as well as her work at NAI Earle Furman, where she is dedicated to fostering collaboration, maintaining high ethical standards, and striving for excellence in all aspects of her job. In addition, she brings extensive experience and a diverse skill set including expertise in project management, office operations, and cross-functional team coordination. Her background in contract and lease administration, combined with her proficiency in numerous software tools, enables her to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflows.

Before joining NAI Earle Furman, she provided executive support and office management to private accounting firm executives, government contractors at Sandia National Laboratories, bank examiners at the DOT-Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and contracting officers at RAF Croughton. These roles helped to hone her skills in managing complex documentation, coordinating large-scale projects, and facilitating communication between diverse teams. Her ability to adapt quickly to new environments/situations, focus on continuous improvement, and maintain a commitment to integrity and excellence has been key to her success throughout her career and at NAI Earle Furman.
