Katrina has been involved in various aspects of Real Estate property management for 25 years. Since joining NAI Ohio Equities five years ago, Katrina works exclusively with condominium associations that need off-site management. Each of the communities Katrina is involved in managing has their own unique living. Katrina works closely with her board members setting up budgets, maintaining operations and keeping owners happy with their investment. Downtowns unique conversion of commercial space to residential living offers the opportunity for new and exciting experiences for Katrina.
