Kevin Kennedy, Jr. is a Vice President in the Development Division of NAI Michael. He has worked with NAI Michael for over 16 years and has experience in each of the company's divisions: Sales & Leasing, Property Management, and Development.

Working full time in the Development Division for the past 10 years, Mr. Kennedy has gained knowledge and insight of the planning and zoning process and is responsible for the budgeting, design, contracting, and oversight of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development for NAI Michael and its development consulting clients.
