Scope of Experience

Kourtney is the Marketing Specialist at NAI Columbia. She manages the marketing, public relations, and communications plans to promote NAI Columbia in the Midlands market and surrounding communities. Kourtney works closely with the director of research, brokerage specialists, and sales and leasing administrators to develop engaging marketing materials that align with client goals and strategic branding efforts. In addition, she is responsible for managing NAI Columbia’s events, website, social media, and advertising initiatives.

Background & Experience

Kourtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master’s of Mass Communication in Strategic Communication Management. Prior to joining NAI Columbia, Kourtney served as the Graduate Assistant for Central Carolina Community Foundation.
