Laurence Bergman, a founding member of NAI Bergman, a full-service commercial real estate company, is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio, Kentucky, and Georgia. Larry oversees business and client development, acquisition/disposition representation, and engages in transactional activity. Over the past 35+ years he has achieved numerous awards in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. In 2020, NAI Global, the largest independently owned commercial real estate firm with more than 300 offices worldwide, ranked him as fourth top producer. Larry has also been awarded NAI Global’s President’s Award – Eastern US Markets. The President’s Award recognizes leadership, teamwork, and business generation. Laurence Bergman and NAI Bergman were nominated for company of the year and were recipients of the Eagle Award – Major Markets – US. Larry was consistently recognized for many years as a Top 10 Costar Power Broker in Sales and/or Leasing transactions and was also recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as a Top 10 Commercial Real Estate Broker. Through Larry’s community efforts, NAI Bergman was selected as the 2012 Blue Ash Business Advocate of the Year. In 2014, he was selected by the Midwest Real Estate News for the Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Each year, Larry has also earned Crexi’s Platinum Broker Designation.
Background & Experience
Larry has a broad range of commercial real estate experience, and his knowledge is extensive. He repeatedly proves worthy to those he comes in contact with beyond brokering. He served as Chairman of the Greater Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Council for many years. He has also served on the Lands Commission in the United States Federal Courts. Laurence Bergman is on the board of directors for Spring Valley Bank. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors for the School of Creative and Performing Arts Fund, where he initiated the largest fund drive over many years for this nonprofit organization. He also sat on the board of directors for Duro Bag, the largest paper bag manufacturer, for several years prior to the company selling to Novolex.
