Scope of Experience

Lee Rosner has over 35 years of office and industrial real estate brokerage and property management experience in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island, New York. He provides both landlord and tenant representation services to his clients. In addition to his corporate real estate practice, he has extensive experience in investment sales, commercial property development, zoning and land use matters and property management. He has provided expert witness & litigation support/testimony and completed numerous feasibility and market analysis reports. He is currently the President & CEO of NAI Long Island, a leading full-service commercial brokerage firm specializing in corporate real estate services, based in Islandia, NY.

Background & Experience

In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities of managing an active office of full-time brokers, property management personnel and support staff, Lee is consistently a top-producing broker. He earned Elite “Top Two”, Gold Circle of Distinction and #1 in sales production in NYS in 2019 from a nationally recognized commercial real estate firm. Top 2% and Gold Circle awards are reserved for the elite top two percent of producers from among nearly 3,000 sales professionals in that firm. He was honored as one of CoStar's top 2018 Industrial Leasing Power Brokers on Long Island, a title given to only eleven brokers in total. He is an active participant in the SIOR New York Metro Chapter, the Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University, and the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS).

Lee is a native New Yorker and earned his BS from Syracuse University. He holds a New York State Broker's License and has completed hundreds of hours of industry-specific education over his many years in the commercial real estate business. Lee holds the prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations and was an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University's MBA Program from 2010 to 2017.

Lee served as Trustee of the Incorporated Village of Port Jefferson from 2010-2014. During that time, he was Commissioner of the Port Jefferson Village Building & Planning Department and Trustee Liaison to Planning Board, Port Jefferson Country Club, and Business Improvement District. He was the former Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals from 2006-2010.

Lee resides in Port Jefferson with his wife Dominique. They have two grown children, Marcel & Lucie.
