Scope of Experience

Nico is responsible for leading valuation projects for all kinds of properties and purposes (Market Value acc. RICS Red Book, Market Value acc. to Art. 194 German Building Code, Mortgage Lending Value acc. to Art. 16 PfandBG, Fair Value acc. to IFRS and US-GAAP).

Background & Experience

Nico has worked in real estate valuation for around 20 years. He previously was Director - Valuation at the NAI apollo group from 2010 to 2014, before taking over the management of the Frankfurt office for JKT Immobilien GmbH. Before that, he worked as valuer for JLL and Dr. Lübke GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is experienced in the valuation of real estate portfolios and single assets of in Germany for transaction, decision making, accounting and financing purposes. His expertise extends to the valuation of residential, office, retail, logistics, industrial, hotel and specialist properties.

Education

Nico Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and an MBA in General Management.

Professional Associations & Designations

Nico is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is an accredited RICS Registered Valuer. Further, he is a certified Real Estate Valuer in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 for market and mortgage lending valuation for standard and special use properties (CIS HypZert (F)).
