697 N. Fourth Street also known as The Wonder Bread Building. Peter marketed the 64,000 SF building on 2 acres on behalf of Interstate Brands Corp. The property was sold to developer Kevin Lykens. The project dubbed “Wonderland” was formed by Adam Brouillette and will serve as the master tenant. The 64,400 square-foot building will be used as a cooperative venue for artists paired with offices, studios, recording facilities and performance spaces, plus room for grass-roots retailers. The concept is being spearheaded by artists and small-business owners and a portion was privately financed by Kevin Lykens and Chris Schnetzler, Short North property developers. 232 N. Third Street - An obsolete 27,000 SF brick and masonry wharehouse building which housed a defunt nightclub. Peter partnered with a local developer to aquire the building and redevelop into loft office space. The ownership group recently signed a 5,000 SF lease with a media production company to bring the totally redeveloped building to 100% occupancy. please visit http://www.232nthirdst.com/ 1221 N. SEC of Front Street and Long Street - These buildings in Columbus' CBD comprise 30,000 SF.
