Reed Wiley, CCIM is Associate Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing with NAI Latter & Blum and a Commercial Broker Associate in Louisiana and Mississippi (sales and leasing). Reed has an extensive background in the industrial, office, retail, hospitality, multi-family, and investment sectors throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Reed was voted a winner of the 2021, 2022, & 2023 CityBusiness Reader Rankings Best Commercial Real Estate Agent in New Orleans.
In the years before Reed joined NAI Latter & Blum he established and owned a successful interactive multi-media marketing company. Reed graduated from LSU in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Theater (performance) and worked consistently as an actor, musician, and website designer in Los Angeles for 11 years before moving back to his home state of Louisiana.
In February of 2024, Reed was named Associate Director for Commercial Sales and Leasing at NAI Latter & Blum. Reed plays a pivotal role in providing daily operational support and mentorship for the next generation of NAI Latter & Blum commercial agents across the state. His commercial expertise and problem-solving skills have helped shape the direction and growth of NAI Latter & Blum for years to come.
