Background & Experience

Robert is a senior real estate manager currently managing the Lazarus Building, located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. He coordinates all management and maintenance activities, handles client and tenant relations and teams with brokers to maximize rents. The Lazarus Building is a one million square foot department store renovated into a class A/B office building and is one of the largest USGBC LEED Gold Certified buildings in the nation. Prior to joining NAI Ohio Equities, Robert managed multiple properties and types for CBRE including the South Campus Gateway and Westland Mall. He has held real estate management positions with NAI Welsh Companies, Pizzuti Management, Standard Management, Hill Partners and Richard Jacobs. His experience includes working with various ownership entities from small sole proprietors, large institutional organizations and public governmental.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with The Ohio State University.
