Tom is a member of the Industrial Brokerage Council at NAI James E. Hanson specializing in the New Jersey Meadowlands Market. He is experienced in both Landlord and Tenant Representation.

Background & Experience

Tom has been successful in the representation of several prominent Meadowlands Landlords. On the tenant/buyer side, he has represented such notable companies as Coining, Inc., Sitex Group, SourceOne Worldwide, The Pepsi Bottling Group and InterCept Inc. In 2013, Tom earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, one of the most prestigious in commercial real estate.

Tom has been recognized by NAI Global with their “Top Producers of the Year” in 2021.
