Scope of Experience

Tiffany works as the COI Coordinator for the Property Management division. She is responsible for tracking and cataloging certificates of insurance for all PM clients as well as providing accounts payable and administrative support. She performs quarterly COI audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across the team’s portfolio.

Background & Experience

Tiffany worked as a pharmacy technician before starting her family. While raising her four children, Tiffany served as the vice president of Northwood Little League and volunteered with her church. After working as an independent contractor on several accounting projects for the firm, Tiffany permanently joined NAI Earle Furman in February of 2020.
