Scope of Experience

Tommy Tran joined NAI Robert Lynn in 2020 as a Director of Tenant Representation in the Retail Division. He is responsible for tenant representation primarily in the hospitality and retail services industries. Although fresh to the Dallas real estate market, Tommy’s previous and current work experience of over 22+ yrs in the hospitality, multi-unit franchise and retail services industry exhibits his ability to best serve his clients by qualifying, sourcing and matching prospective tenants with spaces that are best suited to meet their business needs.

Background & Experience

Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Tommy has held numerous leadership roles exclusively in the retail and services franchise sectors. Tommy is currently Director of Operations of Red Crab Seafood Restaurant (50 locations in the U.S.) and Owner/ Operator of Amazing Lash Studios Franchise in the Dallas-Fort Worth Region. He is currently in charge of expanding Red Crab to the central US from the east coast paving their way to the west coast eventually. Additionally, Mr. Tran is a multi-unit franchisee and franchisor for businesses he is affiliated with nationwide.

The business acumen Tommy has acquired over the last decade in the hospitality and multi-unit retail franchise industries has provided him with tremendous insight into the trends, habits and goals of business professionals which he leverages to best serve his retail clients.
