Mr. Graziano Sr. has been involved in the brokerage and valuation of real estate for over thirty years. His experience includes substantial valuation expertise at all levels, including condemnation, tax protest and defense, bankruptcy, finance and investment. As CEO of NAI Atlantic Coast, Mr. Graziano oversees the firms transaction business, and manages opportunities for clients who require his unique expertise.

Background & Experience

Mr. Graziano serves on the Executive Board of Integra Realty Resources (IRR), a national valuation and counseling consultancy with 52 offices nationwide. Mr. Graziano has real estate experience on every major asset type from vacant land to nuclear power plants. He is a specialist in land use matters and economic feasibility, and his opinions and expertise are sought by some of the largest private and public institutions nationwide.

Mr. Graziano public and community service includes 8-years service in the Ocean County Tax Board and 6-years service on the Toms River Industrial Commission.
