Wes Davis has been one of the top producing commercial agents in Southern Utah for the past 12 years and has been recognized regularly as the Top Producer. Wes earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has also earned a Masters in Commercials Real Estate designation from the Lipsey School of Real Estate. He was recently voted by his peers to be a Director on the Washington County Board of Realtors to be a leader and representative for the local real estate community. Wes is also affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. During his tenure in commercial real estate he has been the Top Listing Agent, Rookie of the Year, and Top Producer on many occasions. His success has been attributed to hard work, dedication, creativity, and active client relationships. He believes in providing quality service by going above and beyond to satisfy his customers. His experience includes brokering sales and leasing of office parks, retail centers, industrial buildings, land, and structuring joint ventures. He has assisted many clients in obtaining entitlements from the city and project management for development and construction- something rarely offered by most professionals. His areas of expertise include buying, selling, and leasing (landlord and tenant representa- tion) commercial and investment real estate. He is proficient in calculating cash-flow analysis, return on investment, analyzing and mitigating risk, feasibility studies, site selection, forecast- ing, portfolio analysis, market research, and negotiations. Wes has successfully brokered over $200 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions and has closed over 500 contracts. Wes has also taken the time to give back to community as he coaches several youth sports, sits on the Board on the Caddy Group Business alliance a non-profit organization, is on the Professional Advisory Board for a local Bank and the Regional Hospital, and is the Vice President for Southern Utah Soccer Association.
